Shipping & Exchange Policy
We require a signature for all deliveries (you cannot waive Signature Delivery). In the event that your shipping address is not included with an order, the order will be shipped to the billing address.
All orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.
Deliveries within the U.S. usually takes 3-5 business days.
International deliveries usually takes 6-10 business days.
Buyers are responsible for custom and duty fees.
Buyers are responsible for shipping costs on returning items. (We will cover costs for sending exchange item to buyer.)
A tracking number will be provided if you wish to check on the status of your shipment.

Large Orders
For larger orders, shipments may come in multiple installations. Each delivery will still require a signature. You will not incur additional shipping fees.
Undeliverable Shipments:
To prevent any complications with your delivery, please provide your most accessible phone number. In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive a Web Credit for the returned goods.
Refused Shipments
If you decide to refuse any shipments from lelotusbleu.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to lelotusbleu.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.
P.O. Boxes APO/FPO
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. Box addresses. Orders will be canceled automatically without a valid street address.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Our crystal apparel items are made with quality materials and great care. We aim to produce quality products. With crystal items, it is only natural to loose a few crystals due to normal wear and care of the item. Please be advised that we do not consider the results of normal wear a damage and therefore we will not be exchanging or refunding those items.
The following exchange policy applies to online/website purchases. For in-store purchases, please refer to in-store exchange policies and physical store location.
Jewelry items are not returnable or exchangeable.
Le Lotus Bleu will accept returns for apparel items purchased through the online store within 10 days from receiving the shipment in exchange for online store credit. You will be reimbursed the cost of your returned items minus shipping costs. If more than 10 days have passed since receiving the shipment, unfortunately we will not accept the return, and it will be sent back to the original shipping address. Therefore please make sure to account for the delivery time when making a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:
Unworn
Unwashed
All tags still attached
All accessories still included (e.g. belts, extra buttons, etc.)
No perfume or other scents
No human or animal hair
No rips or tears
No other signs of being worn
All original packaging and hangers must be included
No Cash/Check on Delivery packages will be accepted
Failure to return merchandise as listed above may result in the return being rejected and returned to the customer without credit. You will be contacted via phone and/or email if your return is being rejected. Your return will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order. You may also be charged a $13 rejection processing fee for all rejected packages.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEM(S)
Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s), please return the merchandise within 10 days of receiving your shipment. If more than 10 days have passed since receiving the shipment, unfortunately we will not accept the return. Therefore please make sure to account for the delivery time when making a return. All merchandise included in the return must still abide by the criteria listed above for returns (i.e. unworn, unwashed, all tags attached, etc.). Returns must be sent to the following address:
